Can I cancel my subscription any time?
Yes, you can. Cancel any time, still your child will still have access to their account until the end of the subscription period. To cancel your subscription, just navigate to the students page and click ‘Cancel Subscription’ on the students you’d like to cancel.
How will I be billed for subscriptions?
Subscriptions will be renewed automatically at the end of your subscription period. Monthly subscription will be renewed same date of each month and Annual subscription will be renewed same date of the month each year.
I have multiple children, is there a discount for multiple subscriptions?
Yes. Add an additional child to your monthly subscription with just £15/Month and annual subscription with just £105/Year.
